Use Console on a phone
Use Console on a phone
A phone can be useful for checking assigned work, receiving information and making short updates when the relevant mobile functions are part of your organisation's setup.
Work within the mobile view
Use the access route provided to your organisation. Sign in with your own account and confirm that the information shown belongs to the intended job, team or customer. Keep updates concise and accurate, and review them before submission.
Know when to change device
Detailed planning, large tables and complex document work may be easier on a desktop or tablet. If a task is difficult to complete or verify on a small screen, move to a suitable workstation rather than working around a hidden control.

Protect the device
Use the screen lock required by your organisation and do not share sign-in credentials. If a device is lost, follow your organisation's reporting process promptly so access can be reviewed.
Availability note: The mobile experience and available features depend on the configured Console deployment; confirm them during onboarding.
