Make an Account

Create your account

Your Console account gives you access to the tools and information assigned to your role. This guide explains what to expect when your organisation sets up your access, how to prepare for your first sign-in, and what to do if you cannot get in.

Who this guide is for

People whose organisation has arranged access to Console and who are signing in for the first time.

How access is arranged

Your organisation or PANASOF setup contact will tell you how to access its Console environment. Follow the link and instructions they provide. Depending on the deployment, the address and account setup process may be specific to your organisation.

Use your own account. Shared sign-ins make it harder to manage permissions and identify who completed an action.

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • The access instructions sent to you by your organisation or PANASOF.

  • Access to the email address associated with your account.

  • A supported device and browser, or the application your organisation has been instructed to use.

  • The name of your organisation’s Console administrator or setup contact, in case you need help.

Set up your access

Follow your organisation’s invitation or setup instructions

Open the access message provided for your organisation and follow its link. Check that the organisation and address are the ones you expect before entering any account details.

If the instructions ask you to create a password, choose one that is unique to your Console account. If your organisation uses another sign-in method, follow its specific instructions instead.

Important

Do not use a link forwarded by another user to set up your own account. Ask for access to be issued to your email address.

Complete any required verification

If your setup requires email confirmation or another verification step, complete it using the instructions shown during sign-in. Check your inbox and, if necessary, your spam folder for the relevant message.

If the message has expired or does not arrive, request a new invitation or speak to your organisation’s Console administrator. Avoid creating a second account with a different email address unless your administrator asks you to.

Return to the Console address supplied to you and sign in using your assigned method. Save or bookmark your organisation’s correct Console address for future use.

After signing in, take a moment to check that your name and organisation are correct and that you can see the areas needed for your work.

Understand your access

Console shows features according to your organisation’s configuration and your assigned permissions. A production technician, finance user and administrator may see different tools or be able to take different actions.

If you can sign in but cannot see an area you need, ask your administrator to check your role and permissions. Creating another account will not resolve a permissions issue.

Good practice

Sign out when using a shared device. Keep your account details private, and tell your administrator promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

If you cannot sign in

What you see

What to check

No invitation or setup message

Confirm which email address your administrator used and check your spam folder.

The invitation link does not work

Ask your administrator or setup contact for a fresh invitation.

Your credentials are not accepted

Check that you are using the correct Console address and sign-in method. Use the provided recovery process if one is available.

You signed in but cannot see your work

Ask your administrator to confirm your organisation, role and permissions.

The page does not load

Confirm your internet or network connection and whether your organisation requires a particular network or device.

Do not send your password to an administrator or support contact. Describe the error you see, the address you are trying to access, and the email associated with your account.

What to do after your first sign-in

Start with the workflow your team introduced during onboarding. Locate the area you need, review the information available to you, and follow the relevant task guide before making changes to live work.

Still need access? Contact your organisation’s Console administrator or your PANASOF setup contact and tell them which step you reached.
