Sign In and Set Up Your Profile

Once your Console credentials have been issued, you can sign in and begin setting up the information your team will use across the platform. This includes your personal profile and your company’s details. Taking time to complete these settings helps the Console display the right information and prepares your business documents for use.

The information you enter here is used in two ways: to make the Console familiar to your team and to populate documents created through it, such as quotes, invoices and reports.

Sign in to the Console

Use the sign-in details provided for your account to access your company’s Console. Your available pages and actions depend on the permissions assigned to you.

If you are signing in with the Master Console account or an administrator account, you can begin setting up company information and preparing access for the rest of your team. Other users can sign in with the accounts created for them and complete the personal details available to their role.

Set up your personal profile

Your personal profile identifies you within the Console. Check that your name, work email address, phone number and other available contact details are correct.

Keeping your profile current helps colleagues identify who is responsible for work, who has made an update and whom to contact about a task or document. Your profile settings may also affect how information and notifications appear for you.

Add your company information

Enter the company name and the contact details you want associated with your business. This can include your registered or trading address, business email addresses, phone numbers and the key people customers or partners should contact.

Decide which details should appear on documents you create in the Console. For example, a customer-facing quote may need your trading address and sales contact details, while an invoice may also need payment information. Check these details carefully before you begin producing documents.

Add your branding

Upload your company logo and review how your company name and branding appear in the Console and on generated documents. Branding helps your team recognise its workspace and gives the documents you send a consistent identity.

Use a clear, current version of your logo so that it remains legible when displayed at different sizes or exported to a document.

Set up financial preferences

Add the bank account details you want to use on relevant payment documents. You can also choose your default currency, configure the currencies your business works with and review exchange rate settings where they are needed.

If your company regularly uses particular payment terms, add or select those terms as part of its setup. This makes it easier to prepare documents using the arrangements you normally offer, while allowing you to review the terms for each transaction.

Financial details should be checked by an authorised member of your team before documents containing them are issued.

Review your documents and workspace

After entering your details, create or preview a document to check how the information appears. Look at the company name, addresses, contact details, logo, currency, payment terms and any bank details included. Correcting a setting now helps avoid repeating the same change across future documents.

These settings also shape your general experience in the Console. Company details, people, currencies and preferences provide useful context as your team begins creating records and managing work.

Keep your information up to date

Company information changes over time. When an address, contact, logo, bank account or standard payment term changes, update it in the Console and review any documents you are about to issue.

Once your personal and company details are in place, your team has a more complete workspace and can begin creating records and documents with the right information attached.
