What is the Console?
What is the Console?
The Console is software platform that works over the internet to connect the devices your business already uses, bringing the people, information and processes behind a manufacturing operation into one connected digital space.
Manufacturing businesses are being asked to move faster, work across more complex supply chains and compete with companies around the world. The work itself has changed, but much of the infrastructure used to manage it has not. Information still gets passed between separate systems and spreadsheets. That makes it harder to see what is happening, act quickly and make the most of new technology.
The Console gives manufacturers a powerful way to run their business. Sales, projects, production, logistics, finance and documents can be managed together, giving teams a clearer view of what needs to happen and what has already happened.
Built for the way manufacturing works today
Speed matters when a customer asks for an answer, a production schedule changes or a production plan needs to be executed. The Console helps the right people find what they need, coordinate the next step and keep work moving.
It also gives businesses a stronger foundation for growth. When information is organised and teams can work from a shared picture, it becomes easier to measure performance, spot problems early and make use of the latest technologies to increase profits and reduce costs. For manufacturers competing in a global market, that ability to connect people and act on information is a practical advantage.
What can you do in the Console?
The Console supports work across the business, from the first customer conversation to production, delivery and financial review.
Area | What you can do |
Customers and Sales | Manage prospects, customers, contacts and opportunities, and keep track of conversations and next steps. |
Projects and Development | Organise projects and development, assign responsibilities, manage communications and files. |
Production | Plan production and jobs, distribute work to teams or individual technicians, manage production as it happens and respond to unexpected changes, deadlines and timelines. |
Scheduling and Logistics | Coordinate upcoming work, plan journeys, review movements and record associated costs. |
Documents and Information | Keep important files accessible, searchable, and connected to the people and work that need them. |
Finance and Planning | Review transactions, manage expected income and costs, set budgets, and explore financial scenarios. |
Analysis and Reporting | Examine activity and performance across the business, compare plans with results and prepare reports. |
Trading and Collaboration | Where available, find opportunities and work with other businesses through the Console’s trading tools. |
Different people interact with the areas relevant to their jobs. A salesperson can follow a customer relationship. A project manager can see how work is progressing. A technician can receive and update assigned work. A finance team can examine transactions and plans. Business leaders can bring those together in a god’s eye view to understand the wider operation at any point in time.
The guides in this Knowledge Base show how to carry out those tasks in practice.
Ready to work with your business
The Console works on existing supported devices: on the desks of your project managers, in the pockets of your technicians and in the hands of business owners, and wherever else your teams need to check or update their work. It can also present relevant information on shop floor TVs. Where possible, connections to machines can support data collection, and integration with existing business systems, like ERP or QA, can be connected to as part of your setup.
There is no need to build additional infrastructure before getting started, and the Console is designed to fit into familiar ways of working. A straightforward setup can be completed on a Friday half-day, and your team can begin using it by the Monday. We support you through setup and beyond with a 24/7 helpline and a round-the clock accessible team usually available within 24-48hrs of request on UK sites and 7-14 days for international call outs.
Although the beauty of being available to connect over the internet means our 24/7 team can support you remotely, anywhere in the world, sometimes on the minute.
Our aim is to get you comfortable with the software and put it to work without any headaches.
Built from engineering and manufacturing experience
Development of the Console began in 2022. It has been shaped through years of building, testing and refinement, drawing on The Levyne Group’s experience in manufacturing and conversations with people across the industry. Business owners, consultants, technicians and project managers have all brought different perspectives on what businesses need and where existing ways of working fall short.
The team behind it brings experience from several engineering disciplines, including work at leading AI frontier labs, FTSE 250 Engineering Companies, ambulance routing technology, and autonomous algorithms in financial and insurance markets. That range of experience has helped us approach manufacturing problems with both practical understanding, new technical ideas, and leading visual design.

Always improving
We continue to update the Console and listen to the people using it. Customer experience helps us see where work can be made simpler, where new capabilities are useful and where better solutions are needed.
Our aim is to keep extending what manufacturers can do while making the technology efficient, scalable and practical to use every day. The Console is a tool for running the business you have now and building the capability to do more tomorrow.
