Use Console on a desktop or laptop
A desktop or laptop is a practical choice for tasks involving detailed records, planning views, spreadsheets, finance work and documents.
Prepare the workstation
Use the browser or desktop application specified for your organisation. Connect through the approved network and open the Console address supplied with your setup instructions. Make sure the display is large enough to show the full working area and that the keyboard and pointing device are comfortable for sustained use.
Begin your session
Sign in with your own account, find the work area assigned to your role and open a representative record. Check that dialogs, tables and documents display correctly. If a control appears missing, check the browser zoom and window width, then ask your administrator to verify your access.

For shared workstations
Sign out after use and follow your organisation's screen-locking procedure. Do not save credentials in a shared browser or download sensitive documents outside approved locations.
Compatibility note: Publish a tested browser and operating-system matrix for your deployed version before listing specific models as supported.
