Powerhouse Lawyer Sade Rotibi appointed as The Levyne Group's New General Counsel

The Levyne Group is pleased to announce the appointment of legal veteran Sade Rotibi as our new General Counsel .

Sade is an experienced, accomplished, and decorated Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, with a breadth of experience spanning financial services, regulation, and contract negotiation and structuring. Over her distinguished career, she has held key legal roles at some of the world’s most notable tier-one financial institutions and 'Big Four' advisories, including J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, State Street, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, EY, Credit Suisse, BNY Mellon, and GFT Technologies.

Her expertise covers all aspects of Corporate and Commercial law, including contract drafting, development, and negotiation, as well as litigation and regulatory frameworks, all underpinned by a deep understanding of financial products and institutional objectives.

At The Levyne Group, Sade will spearhead the development of our legal infrastructure, oversee new contracts and commercial licensing, and ensure that our operations remain competitive, compliant, and commercially aligned.
