The Levyne Group is proud to announce our appointment as the sole sell-side advisors for the sale of a prestigious multi-generation company on Savile Row, a name synonymous with heritage, craftsmanship, and tradition in London tailoring.


This mandate offered a rare, first-hand perspective into the psychology of the seller, understanding not just the financial aspects of a transaction, but also the personal, generational, and legacy-driven elements that truly matter in a sale. Our role was to align these seller priorities with the requirements of a motivated buyer, ensuring both sides found a meeting point that created lasting value.


From the outset, we took responsibility for prospecting suitable buyers, developing pitch materials, and bringing the opportunity to market. Within less than two weeks of finalising these materials, we introduced the first buyer to the table.


While the sale price remains undisclosed, the potential purchaser was a significant trade buyer, identified by their unique cash position and long-term strategic outlook. Their acquisition appetite aligned directly with the rare combination the company offered: heritage, established brand equity, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into the buyer’s future growth plans.
