We're now looking for a creative, versatile, and hands-on Marketing Manager to help us elevate our brand, engage investors, and support commercial growth across our platform.
This is a dynamic role with scope across digital, print, and multimedia, offering a unique opportunity to shape the voice and visual identity of a growing company.
The Role
You’ll lead the development and execution of marketing and communications across the business, from fine tuning our investor materials and managing our digital presence. You’ll work closely with the investment team to produce high-quality content that resonates with investors, founders, and commercial partners.

Key Responsibilities
Refine branded marketing materials for investors, portfolio companies, and external partners (pitch decks, brochures, case studies, etc.)
Lead graphic design across digital and print formats — ensuring brand consistency and high production standards
Manage and evolve our digital presence (website, LinkedIn, email newsletters, etc.) to reflect the group’s growth and momentum
Create and edit multimedia content (videos, animations, presentations) to communicate our mission
Collaborate with the investment team to design materials for deal announcements, fundraising efforts, and portfolio updates
Develop and maintain a content calendar to drive consistent and strategic communication
Track marketing performance and engagement metrics, using insights to optimise output
Maintain an organised asset library (templates, brand guidelines, case studies, media, etc.)
Support events, conferences, and investor meetings with tailored material and presentations
What We’re Looking For
A highly creative visual storyteller with strong graphic design and brand development skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, Figma, or similar
Experience with website CMS platforms social media management
Skilled in video editing and multimedia tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency across all media
Strong written communication skills, be able to distill complex ideas into clear, concise and effective copy
Able to manage multiple projects and timelines with minimal oversight
Curious about private equity, investing, or the industrial/engineering space
Prior experience in B2B, investor-facing, or financial services marketing is a strong plus
Self-starter mindset with the ability to build and scale systems from scratch
