We’re hiring a highly organized and resourceful Investment Team Coordinator to join our growing investment team. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that sits at the center of our investment operations, helping drive execution, collaboration, and clarity across deals, diligence, and portfolio activity.

The Role

You’ll work directly with investment professionals, advisors, and operating partners to ensure nothing slips through the cracks from deal tracking and data management to scheduling, materials prep, and investor updates. Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the investment team’s deal pipeline and CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of opportunities, targets, and key contacts

• Coordinate diligence workflows across internal team members, advisors, and external partners during live deals

• Manage scheduling for deal calls, diligence sessions, and internal strategy meetings across multiple time zones

• Support preparation for investment meetings, including agenda setting and coordination of materials

• Assist in organizing investor reporting materials and portfolio updates in collaboration with the Capital Partner

• Identify and implement process improvements and tools to streamline investment team workflows and communication

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive, detail-obsessed organizer who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Comfortable managing multiple workflows and deadlines without letting things fall through the cracks

• Strong communicator,  clear, concise, and comfortable interacting with investors, founders, and team members

• Confident using (and improving) systems like CRMs, project management tools, and shared document platforms

• Naturally curious about private equity, dealmaking, and building companies

• Able to operate independently while collaborating closely with a lean, high-performing team

• Not afraid to take initiative, ask smart questions, and propose better ways to do things

• Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
