We’re now hiring a driven Investment Associate to join our growing investment team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with significant exposure to dealmaking, investors, and senior leadership from day one.

The Role

As an Associate on the Investment Team, you’ll take ownership of the fundraising process across equity and debt. You’ll build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and private capital providers, while creating compelling investment materials and managing the data room.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in Sales, private markets fundraising, investor relations, or capital advisory, who wants to be part of a high-growth, entrepreneurial investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end capital raising process: equity, debt, and co-investment

  • Build and maintain relationships with private investors, institutional investors, family offices, and other capital partners

  • Feedback on investor-facing materials: pitch decks, financial models, data rooms, and fundraising documents

  • Manage fundraising timelines, reporting, and ongoing investor communications

  • Support capital strategy, structuring, and investor targeting in collaboration with leadership

  • Represent the company at investor meetings, roadshows, and industry events

  • Maintain investor pipeline reporting

  • Sales or outbound Dealmaking Experience

  • Strong understanding of private markets and fundraising processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong interest in industrials, manufacturing, or roll-up investment strategies

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (favourable but not exclusive)

What We Offer

  • A chance to work on live deals from day one

  • A high-impact, strategic role with direct access to the leadership team and investors

  • Opportunity to shape and scale the capital base of a national platform

  • Exposure to C-level decision making and senior investors

  • Career development and fast-track growth in a high-performance culture

  • Remote working and flexible location within the UK
